The Southern Ridges is a 10-kilometre trail (including Labrador Nature Reserve which is not included in this sunset walk) that runs along the southern ridge of Singapore. It connects several parks in the South including Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, HortPark and Kent Ridge Park. Enjoy the rich variety of flora and fauna as well as a panoramic view of the harbour and Sentosa!
Starting from Kent Ridge MRT, walk across Kent Ridge Park and Hort Park. Take a quick break at Hort Park Office. From there, cross the Alexandra Arch Bridge and walk the Forest Walk, a steel pedestrian walkway that offers an elevated view of the park and surrounding scenary.
Take a break at the top of Telok Blangah Hill Park before proceeding to Mount Faber Park via the Henderson Waves bridge. Known for its artistic, wave-like structure, Henderson Waves Bridge is the highest pedestrian bridge in Singapore and a popular spot for insta-worthy photos. From there, head to Mount Faber Park Hilltop for a panoramic view of the sunset before heading down via the Marang trail to Harbourfront MRT (Vivocity).
